Coconut Cream Kale with Chickpeas Recipe

2 bunches of chopped kale
2 sandwich size ziplock freezer bags of chickpeas (pre-soaked, and rinsed)
4-6 sun-dried tomatoes soaked in spring water for 2 hours
2 tablespoons of sea moss gel
1 medium onion chopped
1 thumb of ginger
6 stalks of scallions chopped
2 plum tomatoes chopped
½ bunch of fresh thyme
10oz coconut cream
1 habanero pepper
¼ cup coconut aminos
1 tbsp of either sea salt, pink salt, or seasoning sea salt mix
