4 lbs beef (cubed
1 heaping tablespoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
1 teaspoon grated ginger
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Habanero pepper
1.5 cups coconut milk
1.5 cups water
2 scallions
4-6 sprigs thyme
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon veg oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar (golden)
