Her third book of poetry, “From a Land Where Other People Live,” was nominated for a National Book Award in Poetry in 1974. Her most recent book of poetry is titled “Coal.” Piercy is a poet-novelist. She is the author of four novels; the latest is titled “Woman on the Edge of Time.” Her fourth and latest book of poetry is titled “Living in the Open.” She travels regularly giving readings and workshops.
