We’re learning how to make grilled drunk chicken as we kick of the annual July Month of Grilling in this episode of #TastyTuesdays with Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com we’ll start off by marinating the chicken in an island inspired marinade of citurs, herbs, rum and beer, then it’s off to the grill to slowly cook it until you have tender and juicy pieces of chicken

For this bbq drunk chicken you’ll need….

Chicken
2 scallions
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped parsley
10 sprigs thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 lime
1 orange (I used 2 clementines)
1 beer
1/4 cup rum (dark is best)
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
