Join Khepera Sankara (certified Kemetic Yoga Instructor & Astanga Yoga Student) for an enlivening mix of various styles of yoga meant to oxygenate the blood through deep breathing, raise the heart rate & increase circulation, aid detoxification, and elimination, energize the entire system, serve as a meditative aid and holistic wellness tool to keep the balance in our lives.

Practice will be followed by a short meditation  & invitation to complete an introspective journaling entry.

(30min yoga+10 min meditation +10 min journaling+5min rest)
