In this video I will show you how I made this delicious potato salad.
I like this dish because it is very versatile. You can eat it as a side dish, or you can take it with you for a picnic.
So for the salad I used
And a carrot
Garlic, fresh or powder (not in the video)
Sugar * Optional (not in the video)
1. Peel the potatoes and chop them in cubes, put them in a pan, add enough water and salt. Cook the potatoes for as long as needed I cooked mine for about 20 minutes. But the time that it will need to cook depends on the kind of potatoes that you will be using and on how big or small you’ll be cutting the potatoes. You will know when they are done when they are tender and you can poke a fork trough the potato.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the rest of the vegetables and out it aside.
3. When the potatoes are done, remove the water and set it aside to cool.
In a bowl add all the ingredients and give it a whisk ans set aside.
(you can add sugar or a sweetener to balance the taste of the dressing)
1.By now the potatoes should be at room temperature so add all the vegetables to the potatoes and mix it.
2. Lastly add the dressing
You can eat it right away but it will taste even better if you cover it and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight for the dressing to really marinate all the veggies and potatoes.
