Recipe for a quick and delicious pak choi stir fry which is also fully vegetarian and gluten free. With diced garlic and ginger as the base, we’ll quickly stir fry some baby pak choi (bok choi) with added gluten free soy sauce and sesame oil. You can also add diced almonds, peanuts or toasted sesame seeds for additional protein and texture.

For this gluten free recipe you’ll need….

2lbs baby pak choi
1 tablespoon veg oil
1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil (gluten free)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon finely diced ginger
2 cloves garlic finely diced
