Day #5 on the countdown. These little mock chicken sausages were amazing. Make a batch pop them in the freezer and pull a couple out as you need them. The waffle was delicious. Be aware that the batter will be thicker when you make the recipe, i had a bit of a mishap that led me to adding water in order to stretch what little batter i had left, lol.
