It’s Vegan MoFo and my theme for this month is vegan cultured cheese! Regular vegan cheese usually just uses flavouring ingredients to mimic dairy cheese but there always seems to be something missing. Cultured cheese actually uses probiotics, that’s good bacteria, to produce complex blends of sharp, tangy, and funky flavours. The kind of vegan cheese that will make you stop and wonder, can this really be vegan?

What is Vegan MoFo?
VeganMoFo (Vegan Month of Food) was originally created on the Post Punk Kitchen, as an homage to NaNoWriMo. Basically, bloggers who join on are supposed to blog everyday during the month (or as much as they can).

I’m going to attempt to post a video EVERY SINGLE DAY for the month of September so wish me luck!
