These soft, fluffy, lightly chewy sweet potato buns are super easy to make and will elevate any burger you make this summer! Sweet potatoes give these buns a unique texture along with beta-carotene and other nutrients, while freshly ground flax seeds add essential Omega-3’s. I hope you give them a try!
