Terms and Conditions
1. EXHIBITION BOOTHS ARE CONFIRMED ONCE BOTH THE SIGNED VENDOR APPLICATION AND FULL REGISTRATION PAYMENT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. EXHIBITORS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR VENDING FEE IN FULL PRIOR TO EXHIBIT SETUP HOURS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DISPLAY THEIR GOODS/SERVICES. NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON OR AFTER AUGUST 1, 2019.
2. EXHIBITOR SETUP IS 9:30AM-11:30AM; BREAKDOWN IS 8:00PM-9:30PM. VENDORS WHO ARE NOT SETUP BY 11:30AM ARE SUBJECT TO FORFEIT THEIR VENDING FEE AND DISPLAY BOOTH. EXHIBITORS MAY SETUP AND REMOVE THEIR EXHIBIT ONLY DURING THOSE DESIGNATED TIMES (WHEN VENUE IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC).
4. EXHIBITORS MUST HAVE CLOSED THEIR BOOTHS AT 8:00PM AND COMPLETELY VACATED THE PREMISES, REMOVING ALL TRASH FROM THEIR EXHIBIT AREA, BY 9:30PM.
5. EXHIBITS MUST BE STAFFED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE HOURS THAT THE VENUE IS OPEN – NOON-8:00PM. UNSTAFFED EXHIBITS ARE SUBJECT TO LOSE THEIR SPACE AND FORFEIT THEIR VENDING FEE. EVENT COORDINATORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN GOODS.
6. DISPLAYS MUST BE KEPT WITHIN THE CONFINES OF EXHIBIT SPACE ALLOTTED BY EVENT PERSONNEL, AND MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH THE VISIBILITY OF ADJOINING EXHIBITORS.
7. ALL CATEGORIES OF ITEMS BEING SOLD/SERVICES BEING PROVIDED MUST BE LISTED ABOVE. IF EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS GOODS/SERVICES NOT LISTED OR DESCRIBED ON APPLICATION THEY WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THOSE ITEMS.
8. EXHIBITORS MAY PLACE BROCHURES & OTHER PROMOTIONAL LITERATURE IN THEIR SPACE ONLY.
9. FOOD VENDORS MUST CLEAN ALL SPILLED FOOD/BEVERAGES FROM THEIR AREA OR BE SUBJECTED TO A $25 CLEAN-UP FEE. FOOD VENDORS UTILIZING THE KITCHEN MUST PAY A REFUNDABLE $25 CLEAN-UP DEPOSIT.
10. EXHIBITORS MUST ABIDE WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS WHILE ON PREMISES. ALL ENTRANCES, EXITS AND PATHS MUST BE KEPT CLEAR AND FREE OF OBSTRUCTIONS.
11. ALL MATERIALS USED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA MUST BE FLAMEPROOF AND FIRE RESISTANT IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL FIRE ORDINANCES AND FIRE REGULATIONS OF EXHIBITION FACILITY.
